We are always interested to hear what you think about our services whether we are exceeding or falling short of your expectations. Please fill out our online feedback form or call Customer Service with your comments or complaints about our services and personnel. Whenever possible please provide us with the route number, bus number, time and location of the occurrence to help us serve you better. All comments and complaints are confidential.
Sales & Information Centers
Riders can pre-purchase bus tickets and passes at more than 25 local sales and information centers throughout the York Springs area. Passes and discounted tickets purchases require proper identification to satisfy eligibility requirements.
Lost & Found
If you've left something on a YORK SPRINGS AUTO AUCTION bus, don't worry it may not be gone forever. Everyday our drivers pick up lost articles and leave them at our lost and found center at the YORK SPRINGS AUTO AUCTION main office where all lost items are held for one month. We are not responsible for the theft of lost articles on our buses. |
