How To Buy

Before arriving at the auction please bring with you : Your Driver's License and Proof of Insurance (If you plan to purchase tags.) 

1. If you wish to bid on a vehicle, you must first register in the front office and receive a buyer’s number.

2. You may inspect the vehicles on the outside lot before they are auctionedoff. You cannot drive the vehicles until sold to you. Managementencourages you to check the vehicles out, before they run through the sale. Make sure the transmission goes into drive and reverse.

3. Listen carefully to all announcements. Be familiar with the LIGHT SYSTEM of selling. The auction lanes are frequently crowded, so be sure the auctioneer sees your bid.

4. Know what you are bidding on before you bid. For example: make sureit’s not a standard transmission when you want an automatic or that it has 48,000 miles and not 148,000 miles, because once the auctioneer says sold, it is your vehicle.

5. Subject to seller’s approval, the last bidder is the absolute purchaser!

6. Proceed immediately to the settlement assistant to receive your copy of the agreement. YOU CANNOT TEST DRIVE OR FURTHER INSPECT THE VEHICLE WITHOUT YOUR PURCHASER’S COPY. Read the purchaser’s agreement., it is the buyer’s contract, between the buyer and the auction. A $500.00 CASH DEPOSIT is required at this time. The balance due must be settled within 1 hour. If sold as is, you must settle immediately.

7. You must settle within 1 hour. Take your purchaser’s copy to the settlement office to finalize the transaction. Your paid receipt is a gate release.
